Safeguarding

Safeguarding at St Luke’s

At St Luke’s, we want to ensure that everyone who attends our events and uses our buildings is safe and feels safe, in particular children and vulnerable adults.

In line with the Diocese of Bristol’s policy, we consider that every person has a value and dignity which comes directly from their creation in God’s own image and likeness. Christians have a duty to value, understand and respect the rights of children and adults as people of faith in the life of the church.

Our Parish Safeguarding Policies are attached for more information about how we act to keep children and vulnerable adults safe at St Luke’s.

If you have any concerns or questions about keeping people safe, or would like to report a concern, please contact Rosemary Spada, the Parish Safeguarding Officer on 0117 971 6981.
